dith.er - to be nervously irresolute in doing

Apparently Disney’s The Little Mermaid is twenty years old today. FEEL OLD YET?!?
This movie defined my sixth year; I got it on tape for my birthday. My parents hid it on top of the fridge, and I scooted over a stool, climbed up and took a peek. I was thrilled. I think I literally shook with excitement.
(Remember how the original release had a penis on the cover? It did. We spent some time looking it over in Middle School. And also wactching that part in Aladdin right before the carpet ride and you here Aladdin say, “take off your clothes.” Oh, and that part in The Lion King when the sand spells out “sex.” Bunch of pervs over there.)
